Was just looking for a quick snack and I was a bit unsatisfied. Wendy's is supposed to be fast food but the drive thru line was rather slow. Took maybe 3-4 times longer than expected. Ordered value fries and a grilled chicken go wrap. The fries were way stale which was disappointing. The wrap had a bit too much sauce but the chicken was good. The service was good too. Overall don't expect too much from here.

Waited five minutes for order to come. Order was wrong. 10 minutes later still waiting for the hamburger to show up. Old fries, wrong hamburger, 15 minutes waiting for the order to be completed. Burger finally came but it was still the wrong burger. People were pleasant though just struggling to be competent? The place was not busy. Don't recommend eating at this Wendy's.

I came here because my brother was in the mood for some spicy chicken nuggets, as I pulled up to the drive through there was a note on the speaker stating to drive up to the window because their headseats were down. OK, no big deal. The first window was closed and had a note to pull to the second window. No wonder the line was moving so slowly you have to order, pay and wait for your food at the one window. I can imagine it was a pain for the employees as well as the customers, I know it was for me. Having waited my turn I finally ordered my things and it wasn't very long. The girl at the window was nice, but once I pulled away to grab a fry I realized why I hadn't waited long at all... My fries were probably sitting out a long while already. They were cold and hard, the nuggets were cool already too. Such a bummer, but this place really needs to be cleaned up and it's just not the same anymore. Doubt we'll be back... At least to this spot.

I wish I could opt for no stars for this review. I can honestly say, that this is one of the worst Wendy's that I have ever been to. I have probably gone here on 4 different occasions, and I have yet to get an order completely right, ONCE! The other night was the worst though. Wendy's has this awesome Caramel Frosty Shake out now. It's simple. Caramel, Frosty, SHAKER/BLENDER, Whip Cream, Drizzle. Well 2 out of 4 is what I got.... Frosty topped Caramel.... Which I actually had to pull ahead to get, after waiting at the window for 4 minutes already. REALLY? no sandwich, no fries, just a shake. The only thing I can say good about this location, is that they do have a couple of cuties that work there. But even that wouldn't make it worth my while. I guess I will go to the 103rd or San Jose one instead.

Meh! Service and food quality are consistently sub-par. Kind of like my golf game. I can laugh about golf but not food. Go somewhere far, far away.

20 minutes in line, AC not working, hoods over the friers were off too. Not a place to go if you are in a hurry and like a non-smoke filled environment.

Well I can not review what I did not receive. After 9 PM in the drive thru and the line didn't move forever! 8 cars behind me now and I say enough! Gas is not cheap so I pulled out of line and left. This would have been my first time here. I see from other reviews this is a issue WENDYS!!!
